Blogging Bites #35

โ€‹COACHING ยท PAST TIPS ยท INSTAGRAMโ€‹

Happy Thursday, Reader!

I can't believe it's already been almost 8 months since I've sent my first Blogging Bites newsletter! I've been enjoying sharing these tips with you every week so much ๐Ÿค— thank you for being here and sharing your time, ideas, and feedback with me!

My 2nd newsletter explained how I use Reusable Blocks as blog post templates. Since then, WordPress has turned Reusable Blocks into Patterns. This change launched with the WP 6.3 update.

You can read more about this change in this NerdPress article!

Patterns now have options for synced vs unsynced patterns.

So now how do I use Patterns as a blog post template?

I made this quick 3.5 minute video to show you how to access and create unsynced patterns:

Using an unsynced pattern as a reusable template for new blog posts will help speed up your publishing process! Once your pattern is created, you can just plop it into new blog posts and edit from there!

As always, reach out if you have any questions about this ๐Ÿ˜Š

Happy blogging!
